The Agency has partnered exclusively with a global law firm in search of an experienced corporate lawyer to join the firm’s practice in Grand Cayman.
  
This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional lawyer at Senior Associate or Counsel level to help grow a successful practice, working with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 clients in all aspects of corporate work, including M&A, ECM, restructuring, debt financing, governance and regulation, and also working hand-in-hand with the firm’s corporate services arm to grow out that aspect of the business.
  
This law firm is recognised as a successful global brand and has a network offices across the globe. As the successful candidate, you would have opportunity for genuinely fast progression, reasonable work-life balance and a supportive team environment.
  
Candidates should have prior offshore corporate experience, having worked at a well-recognised law firm, able to work with minimal supervision, and strong academics.
  
The firm could offer a salary in the range of US$220-300,000 + large annual bonus potential, premium health insurance and more.
