The Agency is assisting a well-regarded international law firm in search of an investment funds lawyer to join the firm’s offices in Grand Cayman as an Associate.
  
This law firm has major global presence within the financial services industry and provides its lawyers with a collaborative team environment, excellent client exposure and a clear and structured career path.
  
As the successful candidate, you would be working with large and medium-sized fund managers, as well as blue-chip clients, on a full range of fund lifecycle matters including private equity and hedge. You would also regularly advise on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, investments, and venture capital. As you grow into the role, you would become a key point of contact for clients and also regularly take involvement in the firm’s business development initiatives, including potential overseas travel.
  
Candidates should be around 3-4 PQE and hold experience at a top law firm in either a funds or corporate practice. Strong academics are also essential.
  
Remuneration: US$160-190,000 + large annual bonus potential, premium healthcare, life assurance, and relocation assistance if necessary.
