Alex Sidebottom

Alex is an experienced offshore legal recruiter who has worked in this field since 2019. She focuses on the jurisdictions of Jersey, Guernsey, the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands, as well as offshore firms in London.

Alex has experience with placements at all levels, from Legal Secretaries, Paralegals and Newly Qualified lawyers, to Associates, Counsels and Partners, across all practice areas. She has deep knowledge of the legal markets in each jurisdiction.

Having lived and worked abroad herself, she takes a very empathetic approach to offshore recruitment. She is organised, responsive and personable, and aims to offer a highly bespoke, consultative service.

Alex holds a First Class bachelor’s degree in History from Kings College London, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cultural Heritage Studies from University College London. She is a Member of the Company of HR Professionals, a guild that promotes the human resources profession through mentoring and charitable works.
