The Agency has been instructed by a premier offshore law firm to assist with its search of an Associate to join the firm’s highly-ranked Banking & Finance practice in the Cayman Islands.
  
As the successful Banking & Finance Associate, you would advise both borrowers and lenders on a broad range of offshore banking and finance matters, including fund finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, debt capital markets, and general banking. The work is more often than not complex and cross-border, and your clients and intermediaries would include global institutions and top-tier onshore law firms.
  
Requirements:
  
3 PQE minimum with banking & finance experience at a reputable onshore or offshore law firm; Admitted to practice law in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
  
Remuneration: a high market rate salary with one of the top bonus schemes in the jurisdiction. The firm also provides premium health insurance and 25 days’ annual leave amongst other benefits.
