The Agency Legal Talent is assisting a well-regarded international law firm in search of a talented 3-6 PQE corporate lawyer to join the firms offices in the Cayman Islands as an Associate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high performing lawyer to join a leading offshore brand that works with numerous Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 clients and leading financial institutions.

The firm could offer a broad range of work and high levels of responsibility. As the successful candidate, you would be working on M&A (public and private), private equity deals, SPACs, fund structuring, and occasional debt financing matters.

Candidates should be between 3-6 PQE, have experience and training gained at a top-tier law firm, and strong academics. Corporate experience is also essential.

The firm could offer an above-market remuneration package, working-from-home flexibility, premium health coverage, and a relocation assistance package (if required).
