A well-regarded boutique law firm in the Cayman Islands is looking to hire an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its practice in Grand Cayman.
  
The successful candidate would be working on a broad range of funds, corporate and financing transactions of all shapes and sizes, and on a domestic and cross-border basis. The candidate would have plenty of autonomy and also have involvement in the firm’s business development initiatives, for which their successes would be rewarded.
  
Candidates should have 5-10 years’ PQE, a self-starter, experience at a reputable transactional practice (Cayman experience would be beneficial), and strong academics.
  
The firm could offer an attractive remuneration package (including a discretionary bonus), flexible working arrangements.
