The Agency has partnered exclusively with a global law firm in search of an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the firm’s practice in Grand Cayman.
   
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level Paralegal to join a global law firm with a growing presence in Cayman that regularly advises Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.
  
As the successful candidate, you would be working on all aspects of corporate work, including M&A, ECM, restructuring, debt financing, governance and regulation. You would also be involved in a number of internal projects to support the firm’s growth.
   
Candidates must have prior Cayman law experience within a transactional practice, able to work with minimal supervision, strong academics and a recognised paralegal qualification. They should also have long periods of tenure at their current and previous employers.
   
The firm could offer a salary in the range of US$100-140,000 + large annual bonus potential, premium health insurance and more.
