The Agency is assisting a well-regarded international law firm in search of a Counsel to join its Corporate practice in the Grand Cayman. 

The firm has a positive reputation for its working environment with a collaborative team, and it could offer the successful candidate a short pathway to Partnership.

The successful candidate would be working in a broad role with plenty of autonomy, advising on a variety of offshore corporate and finance transactions. This would be a busy role with a fruitful portfolio of existing clients across the Americas. The successful candidate would also be contributing to business development and attending marketing events (on-island and overseas) as part of the firm’s growth plans.

The successful lawyer should have 7+ years’ PQE, prior offshore experience (preferably in Cayman), and a strong background in corporate and finance transactions at a well-regarded law firm.
