The Agency Legal Talent is assisting an international law firm to hire a senior regulatory lawyer to join the firm’s offices in Grand Cayman.

This an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial services regulatory lawyer to join a growing firm that offers top-tier work with international clients, and a fast progression path towards Partnership.

As the successful candidate, you would be responsible for advising on a broad range of matters, including CIMA licensing of various entities, AML/KYC, tax transparency, economic substance, beneficial ownership, data protection, and corporate governance. 

Candidates should have thorough FS Regulatory experience in the Cayman Islands or another recognises financial centre, strong academics, and prior employment at a leading law firm.

Candidates should also be admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands or eligible for admission.

The firm is in a position to remunerate the successful candidate generously, in line with the higher end of the market.
