The Agency is assisting a well-regarded international law firm in search of an Associate to join the firm’s growing investment funds practice.

The successful candidate will be advising onshore counsel, hedge and private equity fund managers on all aspects of fund lifecycles, as well as ancillary transactional and regulatory matters.

Candidates should have 3-5 years’ PQE, thorough funds or corporate experience gained at a reputable law firm, and admitted to practice law in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction. Strong academics are also essential.
