The Agency Legal Talent is assisting a well-regarded company in the Cayman Islands in search of a Legal Assistant. This would be a broad role, where the successful candidate would be performing a broad range of legal, executive assistant, secretarial support functions.
Duties:
– Creating, editing and filing a broad range of contracts, legal reports, regulatory filings and other documents.
– Monitoring deadlines and efficiently coordinating team operations.
– Assisting lawyers with day-to-day administrative and legal tasks.
– Participating in project-related work from time-to-time
– Arranging and attending board meetings, taking minutes and drafting related resolutions.
– Liaising with clients in collating AML and compliance documentation.
All candidates should have a minimum of five years’ of previous legal secretary or EA experience, and law firm experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should also be familiar with Cayman Islands’ financial services laws and regulations.
The firm could provide a salary in the range of US$90-110,000 + an excellent range of benefits.
