Legal Secretary

We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary on behalf of our client. 3-month contract.

Responsibilities:

Creating, editing, amending and storing of correspondence and documents in the appropriate electronic matter file. Producing annual filings with various government departments including CIMA. Conducting due diligence and related searches. Maintaining current billing and collections systems, which includes liaising with lawyers, onshore counsel and clients. Assisting with lawyers’ diaries, events and travel arrangements.     

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience within a law firm as a corporate legal secretary. Completed legal education/certification would be beneficial. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential including the ability to relate to people at all levels. Ability to work proactively, effectively prioritize and multi-task. Familiar with document management and billing software.  

Salary: DOE.
