New Role: Senior Litigation Associate for a great firm in Jersey  
  
I’m working with a top offshore firm who are looking to hire a Senior Associate (4-10PQE) with broad disputes experience to join their Jersey team. This is a great move for an ambitious lawyer who wants more manageable hours without compromising their career, or an existing offshore lawyer looking for a step up. 
  
The work will be a broad mix of commercial litigation (particularly property litigation and shareholder disputes), trusts disputes, insolvency, fraud and asset recovery, regulatory disputes and ADR. Clients include financial institutions, insolvency professionals, HNWIs, and fiduciary service providers. 
  
At the senior associate level, the firm would expect you to be comfortable with handling matters with minimal partner intervention, having extensive client contact, and getting involved in business development. Someone who enjoys training and developing juniors and contributing to the wider team culture would be ideal.
