The law firm is one of the world’s largest providers of offshore legal, fiduciary and administration services. It could offer you the opportunity to join its busy and growing Corporate group and work on large-scale transactions with some of the world’s largest financial institutions and corporations.
  
This is a broad role, where the successful post-holder will advise on all aspects of a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, Capital Markets, Digital Assets, Restructuring, and Corporate Finance.

You would hold a high level of responsibility and be actively involved in domestic and international business development, as well as mentoring of more junior staff members.

Promotions are assessed on a merit-based approach and the firm has a track record of promoting strong performers quickly and fairly.
  
What is required for the role?
6-8 years PQE working within a corporate or finance practice of a leading law firm. You must be admitted to practice law in Bermuda or in an eligible commonwealth jurisdiction, such as England & Wales, Canada Scotland, Australia or New Zealand. Strong Academic track record Salary: US$175,000-US$220,000 per annum, plus benefits.
