The offshore legal sector in London is continuously thriving, with several top offshore law firms providing expertise on Cayman, BVI, and/or Bermudian law from their City offices.

The work is dynamic, broad and engaging, often requiring the management of a high volume of matters alongside extensive client interaction and active involvement in business development. These roles are ideal for lawyers with offshore experience looking to return to city life, as well as those seeking high-calibre City work in a smaller team with a more flexible practice.

There is a steady need for UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with strong backgrounds in Corporate, Finance, or Investment Funds, and occasionally in Commercial Litigation and Insolvency. Opportunities tend to be more frequent for lawyers between one to seven years’ PQE than those at a more senior level.
